    born in 08... done growing??
    so my Bp was born in november of 2008 or October... .either one, cant remember... my question is, is he done growing as far as length? and also will he get fatter??

    well they never completely stop growing, but at his age he is probably about as big as he is going to get. if you feed him more he will get fatter, but overfeeding is very bad. You should feed him every 7-10 days 15% of his body weight.

    I don't believe snakes ever stop growing...they just slow down dramatically.

    However, the first couple of years is when they grow the fastest...

    They grow throughout their lifespan, mostly in girth once they hit adulthood. They can grow in length after they are adults, it just might take awhile till it's noticeable.

    I have a female that was hatched in 1997 and she tipped the scales this fall the heaviest shes ever been. She weighed 4227 grams. The fall before that she was a solid 3500 grams. All my collectuon eats every tuesday. Obviouslly this varies during breeding season but i feed on a weekly schedule and have done so for years. Ive never had any issues
