Woot! First strike I'm praying he eats it
Since he didn't eat last week I tried tonight. I left it laying on top of his cage thawing for 7 hours. I then heated the head to 110 according to my temp gun. Then I had all lights off except my computer monitor I couldn't see his head but had an idea where he was and did the zombie dance for about 3 minutes. He struck and coiled I turned off the monitor and grabbed my iPad to type this!!!

How long should I wait to check on him to verify he ate it?

I have some that will be done in less than 5 minutes, and some that take 30. Once he starts to swallow it the chances of him refusing it are very low (don't try to picking him up or anything, but turning on the lights and things like that is fine)

Haha just went back to check on him. The rat pup is gone there is a little blood and he is under the corrugated wrap. Guess I'll see him in a few days.
