    Lab Blocks (rat food)
I am not going to be breeding rats as I am only going to probably have two snakes but I was wondering what would be a good food that's not too expensive to feed the rats in the mean time while they are in my care before feeding to the snake?

I used to have five rats and used to buy 40lb bags of rat food but I don't think I'll need to do that.

I think a few places online sell the lab block in smaller amounts. NationalPetPharmacy doesn't seem to offer the Natures in smaller bags, but they offer several other types in smaller bags. Or you could hook up with other rat breeders/owners and split a single 40lb bag. Or you could order a 40 lb bag, then divide it up into bags and sell the extra bags online/Ebay.

Find your local purina mills dealer, they can order a 25 lb bag of mazuri rodent for you for you.

My friend sells lab block in small quantities, shipped in priority boxes to your door. PM me if you'd like their info. Her prices are good too. :)
