This is not what I had in mind when I decided to feed my KSB live
My male KSB hasn't eaten for me in almost 3 months, I'm assuming it's related to the fact that it's winter because he still seems to be in great shape. Anyways, I decided to try a live hopper today to see if that would entice him to eat. I dropped the hopper in the cage and walked away to take care of other things. This is what I found when I came back. >_<

It's super cute, but really not what I had in mind.
In case you are wondering, he made his bed above the heat pad... >_<

Good plan, when I first got my Spider girl the previous owner gave us a rat pup to take along to feed her later since it was feeding day for the breeder and my spider girl didn't eat before we went to get her. Well I tried to feed the pup that night and she wouldn't take it so the next morning I told myself that if my spider girl didn't take the thing it would be a new pet...but she took it that morning so that saved me some $$$ on a new rat cage and food!
Hope your KSB starts eating for you

Normally i am ok with the feeders, but we recently got a really cute, beige marked rat pup. If it hadn't needed a mama to survive it might be a pet now instead of in a snakes stomach..... :O
