    Transitioning to rack system
Just picked up an 11 tub rack yesterday and was wondering is there a wait time once I move all my bpz into their new home. Currently, most of my boys are in tubs and my adult normal female is in a 30L tank. After I get all the temps and humidity dialed in and move them over, should I wait a week before handling and/or feeding just like a new addition? I did a search under racks but could not find any real definitive answers. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    The Serpent Merchant
I don't think that any of they is necessary, but if any of the snakes seem stressed then it might be a good idea.

I guess I'm suggesting that you just go with the flow and see how your snakes react.

The smells should all be the same, just be sure to do a substrate change a day or two before you move them and reuse the substrate in the rack until changing is needed.

all depends on the snake. i just moved all my snakes into a new rack with different sized tubs and they all ate the next day.

Just make sure your new rack is at the right stable temps/humidy and throw them in there.
