why does my female albino ball python do this

She will take half her body and stand up kinda looking like a s shape and she just stares threw the glass in her cage and she only does it when she comes out at night time , she only comes out at 8:00pm to 10:00pm and she will do it 3 times from 8pm to 10 pm

My albino male does that too. He's ball python of the month because of that pose. Not sure why he does it either.
