Is this wood I found safe to use in an enclosure?

I live in Tucson, AZ I found this down in a wash while walking the other day. I'm completely unfamiliar with the types of trees around here. Obviously if the wood itself were safe to use I'd wash and bake it to eliminate any unwanted pests.

Hopefully someone can identify the type of wood these are.

I can't tell what type it is but before you put it in the enclosure make sure you have baked it for atleast 30 mins to kill all germs insects and bacteria. Also it can't be pine cedar or wood that has a real strong smell to it

Sorry, I have no idea what kind of wood that is. You could Google what kind of trees are native to where you live. It looks neat, but me personally, I would never use it, even if baked. Just because I am probably too anal and over cautious. You just never know what's on/ in it.
