Many things about a cage.

I just got my Baby candy cane corn snake a new rubbermaid. It's sorta tall, and not very long. But. I was thinking about maybe putting a branch or something in there...
If I were to just make my own, do I just, sorta wash it rinse it off real good...and then let it soak? And of course after that...let it dry....

Or Should I just go out and buy my own branch, although I don't have the money for that right now...x_x


And another thing is....With the rubbermaid, how do I get the heat in there, without ruining the plastic, and stuff like that..>>

He's not even a foot long yet, and the cage's length must be....1 1/2 feet. So...I think it'd do until he's bigger. x_x

A heat pad set on low placed underneath the plastic container should be fine. As for the branch, I've heard of people putting branches and rocks found outdoors into an oven set at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes in order to kill any creepy crawlies and using those in enclosures.

I used to bake all of my wood "products" now I buy plastic and throw them away when dirty..lol
