We did. I don't know.. maybe there were some old inactive accounts that weren't transferred.

If you remember there was always a discrepancy between the # memebers listed in the bottom and the number listed in the Left Block on the old site (it was ~100 I think) - I beleive that difference in number occured during a much much much earlier site transition by The Godfather. I am not sure where the original difference began (possibly an install or upgrade of phpBB2).

It seems as though we have lost a lot of the regular posting done by most of the quality memebers.... anyone else see that?

I haven't been here in a few weeks because I thought the site was down again. I had bookmarked the old(or new, depending on how you look at it) url from when they just switched over and the url was different. So yeah, a few days later when they switched back to this url, I couldn't use my bookmark. It took me until tonight when I talked to Angela(super_smash) and she mentioned bp.net....I feel stupid. :)

No worries - it seems as if each day breaks the previous days record for number of folks online and the traffic is pretty brisk. I got the avatars over to the left of the post so you can see more actual text per page with less scrolling - I know that was one feature of the interface a few folks had mentioned not being thrilled with - and honestly neither was I. I dont thing we need to forecast doom by any stretch - it's all good.

By the way, feel free to use the "Recommend Us" feature. You'll find it in the drop-down menu under "Module Jump" in the left navigation bar. Use this to ask anyone you know (either online or in real life) who has herps to join our site.

I don't hang out here as much as I used too. School and work is keeping me exceptionally busy...plus I'm a mod on another forum, and I spend a lot of time on an invert forum these days.

I am no longer a herp keeper with some inverts, I am an invert keeper with some herps.

19 T's + 2 scorps + 3 milipedes versus 1 jurassic milk +1 ball python + 2 IJCP's + 3 crested geckos. 25 vs 7. Technically, I could also throw in the 100+ B. Dubia roaches on the invert side of things as well, since it's a breeding food colony, and not something i buy from time to time, like crickets.
