Sperm Retention Lady! Is she or is she not preggers!
I will let you guys see the pic so you can wait in anticipation with me. This girl has been off feed about 4 months, shed about 28 days ago, and has been caught laying in the below position off and on for several days. The last time she was bred was January-February of last year. I am hoping that if she is preggers, the eggs are fertile. I wish she would go ahead and lay eggs, although it is quite timely that this should be happening now. On Friday the work I did last summer researching (and illustrating) Ball Python and Bearded Dragon anatomy is getting presented at our school's research symposium.

Thanks for looking and waiting with me!

It looks like she's more than likely still building.

Hey Dome if you hate waiting then you got in the wrong hobby, cuz this is all about hurry up then wait, just rinse and repeat. Good luck

I agree with the building, she doesn't look gravid imo, just building follicles.
And since it's been a year I'd be throwing a male in too, or expect infertile eggs.
Sperm retention happens but if you for sure want fertile eggs I'd be pairing her up.
