    Legislation frequency and political affiliation
I have only owned reptiles for about 4 years and i want to know if any of the longer term keepers have seen any increases in legislation while one party has control.

This is a difficult question. Who has 'control' right now? Certainly not the Democrats, everything they've attempted has been blocked. With everything as divided as it is right now, it takes both parties to agree to get anything passed, and in most cases, they are not agreeing.
So really, WHO is in control? (I think the only one we can rule out is...us. We're definitely not in control right now).

Plus, do you mean the greatest number of negative laws, or 'greatest' as in 'most awful'?

Do you mean laws specific to reptiles, or in general?

I meant reptile/pet laws, i was too verbose to be accurate in the space provided. political affiliation of supporters i suppose would be an easier descriptor. It was tricky typing the poll out with my 6 month old daughter kicking and slapping the keyboard.
