What BP morphs have non-typical eyes?
Still new to snakes in-general, and barely learning genetics. What is an easy list of the bp morphs that have non-normal eyes? Meaning eye color. Like, the pastel have green eyes. Obviously BELs...but what else? Super pastel would have green eyes too, right? But are they *bright* green, or just the metalic green...sometimes green with dark center eyes, that regular pastels have?
What else has "different" colored eyes?

Most morphs have eyes that are different than the normal color (all black). Even within a particular morph the eye color can vary some.

Your best bet for seeing the different eye colors of different morphs is to look through a morph catalog.

Here are a few good ones:

-World of Ball Python's Morph list (The most complete list of morphs I've seen)

-iHerp's base morph catalog (A catalog with lots of great pictures of all known base morphs and supers)

My female spider has light colored eyes. I would call it greenish to steely greenish in color.

Maybe it's just me, but i find it *really* hard to see the color of the eyes 90% of the time in the pics. Unless it's like, a BEL or something i really can't tell! That's why I asked, I was wondering if anyone knew names of ones that for sure had interesting/different eyes.
For instance, i actually didn't know pastels had green eyes. I realize some are barely there, whereas others are very dramatic and it varies inside the morph strains, but it's the idea that i can go to "pastel" and know that they are supposed to have something different about the eyes.
    Thanks anyway!

My lessers have really light eyes. The male especially, you can always see where he is looking. I would get a pic but he is in blue.

My normal has pretty light eyes for a normal; you can see what she's looking at if the light isn't shining directly on them. They are very dark brown or green.

    ooh love him, mike!

I just really love the BPs that i can actually see their iris's. It just adds to their cuteness, IMO. I chose my sand boas because of their light eyes, also. Now they have some googlie and silly faces, and i love seeing how they seem to look at two different places at once *lol*

I guess i'll just have to pick BPs out in person. That's a good pic though. Usually it's really hard to tell the eyes in pics...but i think i am the only person that cares more about their eye color than their body color or pattern!

I love light eyes! Here's a Will Slough Blonde Pastel I had a while ago. His eyes were nice and green.

Some Woma's have green eyes. This male had nice green eyes but none of the Woma babies he produced ever did.

This Russo Het I produced had green on the top half of the eyes. They usually have a lighter color in the top half.
