So this is my first juvenile BP I've had (2nd BP) can I expect her colors to stay as bright and vibrant as they are or will they eventually fade over time?

What type is it? How a ball keeps/changes color greatly varies between morphs.

Typically they darken with age, including about every morph, but I have one normal girl that got a lot lighter/prettier with age.

There are some morphs that lighten with age. Fires for example.

Normals really don't change all that much. She should keep at least most of her colors, she might darken up a bit but not too much.
