Our new Pinstripe, and check out the rack I built last week.
So we got a few new snakes at the show today.
I have really wanted a JCP so we ended up with a pair. :snake::snake:

Annnnnnd....here is our new Pinstripe. A brand new little girl.

She has a bright yellow dorsal stripe. Much more contrast than the others there.

And I am pretty proud of this. Took a bit more work than I had expected but I think my snakes are happy with it. Ironing on melamine edges is no fun. I did every edge, even the insides. Actually once I did a couple I was pretty good at it but the first few were tough. I used L brackets and predrilled everything. There is a bead of silicone on the seams to prevent moisture from swelling the wood. I was a bit thorough on the wiring of the flexwatt. I scraped the plastic, crimped the wire clamp on, soldered it, electric taped it and finally heat shrink tubing to finish it off. And I got lucky and snagged a herpstat for 50 bucks off craigslist.
