    Something I never Shared before
Some knew, some didnt. I played Baseball during college for Adrian College back in the day.

Almost made it big time till Shoulder blew out during game. But none the less College was fun, despite being a small school, we played some of the top schools in country and beat them...

Going though some old pictures and found one of the Rings I won during college. This picture was taken at an Alumni banquet where the top 3 were the old champion ship rings compared to mine on bottom.

I'm sorry to hear about your shoulder Rich. I'm pretty familiar with Adrian. Had a friend from high school who went there - would've been from 1994-1998 or so. Anyhow, that's really cool you played ball for them! I liked seeing your rings - really neat memories! ;)

very nice!:gj: This is my fourth year of college baseball but unfortunately I won't get the chance at a ring since my school just switched from division 2 to division 1. Some bs NCAA rule doesn't allow us to play for a championship for the next 4 years.:(

Yea same with going from DIV I to DIV II or III or DIII to D I you have to sit a year out unless you played less than 7 innings. But IMO DIV 1-3 means squat as baseball is competitive no matter WHAT level you play on. Ive seen Players get drafted from my school into the pros and minors.

College i played at was D3 but half out games were against D1 and 2 Schools. Some thing D1 is best, but in all reality its just the size of school and funds they have. I was scouted in HS and College. I chose a smaller school where i get more one on one with coach then if i accepted scholarships from D1s.

All in All youll have some tough competition etiher level.

I think you misunderstood, I didn't transfer schools, my entire school switched from D2 to D1 and changed conferences this year. But yeah, I know how the whole eligibility thing goes, I transferred from a juco to the school I am at now and the paper work was a huge hassle.

I kind of got the feeling you thought I was downplaying your success because you went to a smaller school, which I am not at all  I've played against every level of baseball there is (in terms of college ball). Theres good juco teams and really crappy ones, just like there are really good D3, 2, and 1 teams and really REALLY crappy ones. Thats why junior college teams can hang with D1 teams when they play them pre season, but would be a completely different story if it was football, etc.
