Ok so I'm relitivly new with bp breeding and I've been doing a lot of reading and most of the books say to use 3-4 females per male, is that about right??

Yes males can breed multiple females. You can do more than 3-4 of you schedule it right.

what is you routine/scheduling of paring plus the resting time of males? are you using 3days in 3 days out?

I actually do 4 in, 3 out to keep it at 7 days. Just a personal preference, no real reason behind it. However, since my pastel male has been workin four females since october, im giving him a break for two or three weeks while hopefully my yb and russo pick up the slack. But theyre still virgins, so well see. Lol
