I tried to figure out but the girl that emailed me the pics isn't sure but if it is a Cinny she only wants $100 for it so I thought I'd ask

Not a Cinny, but a cool looking normal. I wouldnt pay that much for it though.From the pics it looks small and as far as I can tell and until it proves to be something else, it is a normal.

Yup, that's a normal. Wouldn't pay $100 for her, that's over petstore costs. It's a nicely blushed normal though.
