Accidently disturbed what could have been a lock.
Well I went into my females tubs to pull out my males for feeding tonight and I think I may have pulled apart two that were either locked or were "tickling" eachother. Anythink I should worry about? Being its this males first season I wasn't sure if that could turn him off to breeding or not.

I don't know if it will turn him off breeding...but I seriously doubt if he's been locking with females already. I think worst case, you may have just stolen his mojo for the current session.

I'm not aware of many others' common practices, but if I have a male in with a female, I don't take him out for any reason other than he's locked up and is done, or there has been no courting behavior at all...and they are always offered food during break periods. This time of year, I work feeding schedules around breeding schedules.

I have heard, chime in anyone, that if they are actually locked the males hemipens can be injured. If they were just courting I don't think it will damage him as a future breeder.
