    why does my BCI burrow?
ive caught her burrowing through the dirt a few times now, and ive heard a few other people on here mention that theres do it too, and i was just wondering if anyone knows why they do it? does it "mean" anything or are they just "bored"?

I'm not sure why they do that. I had a BCI several years ago that did the same thing. He preferred to bury himself in reptibark, even with a hide in the tank.

mine only uses her hides half the time, shes usualy just sitting on top of it more than in it, i just think its funny she would rather burrow in the dirt sometimes, maybe its just more comfortable?

Don't really know why, just that some prefer to bury themselves.

Mine burrows through her aspen too. I guess she just likes it. I don't think there's a really special meaning behind it. For all we know it could just be fun to do. :P
