what would i get if i bred a black eyed leucistic to a blue eyed leucistic?

As far as I know, all you would get would be a 2 gene animal:
for example, if you bred a super fire to a super lesser, you would get fire lessers.
As far as I know the BluEL and the BlaEL lines are not compatible.

you would get combos of what made them up
say the BlkEL is a fire/fire and the BEL is a Lesser/Lesser
you would get Lesser/Fire
say the BlkEL is a Fire/Sulfur and the BEL is a Butter/Mojave
you could get the following
Fire/Butter
Fire/Mojave
Sulfur/Butter
Sulfur/Mojave
Now you next question is going to be what if I take the two fire/lesser and breed them together and hit on the double Lucy, what does it look like? We don't know. my guess would be the Black eye would dominant over the blue eyes, but it hasn't been done (to my knowledge) so we don't know for sure.
