No one told me that these would be as addictive as snakes!

:O I. am. in. LOVE with tarantulas now. They are so different and so cool when you actually own one. I never liked them, always kind of flinched at the pictures posted here.

But oh good golly is my little a. hentzi ADORABLE! :P


I also wanted to say thanks for all the help letting me get more confident in my T keeping! Our little tarantula has started webbing all over his/her hide and along the floor in the corner. It's REALLY cool to watch.

And now I can't stop looking at pictures! Xenesthis immanis, Lasiodora parahybana, avicularia purpurea! They are all sooo cool and I had never heard of any of them! And there are so many more. :O


I'm simply giddy! :D Who knew they would be so much fun!

It's really addictive. I have 9 now, with more on my list :oops:

I'm just glad this guy is settling in nicely! The webbing is really fantastic and cool! I am feeling much less nervous.

Trust me, I can't wait til we get our own place! We will have more Ts for sure!
