My bp cloaca bleeding.. ? D:
My baby pastel has been completely thriving, putting on weight like mad, shedding good and passing everything well. Well today she finished shed, and she had actually just finished and I opened her tub and took her out and her cloaca had blood coming from it D: She was at the vet around a week ago and got sexed (probe) and she seemed fine after, could it have something to do with that ? Or could her shed have caused this , or is it something serious to worry about ? I've never seen this before, and I am pretty worried D: Please let me know if you have any idea ? Thank you !

    How much?

I've noticed a little blood after sheds sometimes...not often and usually not much blood though...

i would say about a drop or two, i held her for a couple minutes and it didn't look like it was bleeding still when i put her back in, im assuming this could just be from shedding ? I just worry easily lol

Yes it's most likely from shedding and very normal. The blood vessels in the cloaca are very delicate. The shed pulling off can rupture one or two and then you get a couple drops
    Of blood.
