Help with charts for snakes

Hello, I am currently working on making a chart to start accurately recording all my snakes feeding habits, sheds, when the cages are cleaned, etc... And I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to add to this chart.

On the list already are:
Belly temps
Substrate on currently (we switch depending on season)
Weight
Fed (type of food too)
Feces
Urates
Shed
Cage cleaned


Each snake will have it's own chart and a cover sheet describing the basic unchanging characteristics of the snake and a separate book will describe any medical checkups and problems but do you have any idea on what else to record? We are hoping to breed some of them soon and we would like to be able to provide as accurate of a history as possible for anyone who wants it. Any pointers are appreciated! Thanks!

If you follow the same routine, temps and substrate should remain unchanged. For my chart, I keep track of weight, date fed, date shed, date that I last cleaned her cage and any times she may have refused to eat. Feces and urates would only be significant in noting dehydration/constipation, but if your husbandry is correct, you shouldn't have to worry about those either as your snakes will go when they want to go :P I'm not familiar with switching substrate (since I use strictly sphagnum moss), but seems like a good idea if you're going through the effort.

Well we generally keep them on newspaper except during winter because it is humid enough for them and it's easier to clean but we put them on cypress mulch in the winter to help retain moisture in their cages

And we change the temp for breeding season and I was lookin towards more seeing how they reacted to the temp change, in case it shows any problems with the snakes... But I suppose I could take out substrate at least since it is one of two things but I like being albe to show my snakes eat and drink as they should. Thanks for the input though :)
