Skin problem on my female Ball Python
One of my females went into shed a little over a week ago and tonight when I checked on her she had shed but part of her nose and almost on her back are bare and without any skin. I'm not sure what this is from I've never dealt with this before. I need help figuring out what the source of this is and whether I should treat it with something. Thank

X2, she was just trying really hard to get out of her skin and rubbed it a little raw. Moniter it and make sure it doesnt get infected. You can use a triple antibiotic (make sure ther isn't any pain reliever or anticeptics in it tho) on it or zoo med makes a repti heal aid that I have used and works well. Overall just make sure the enclosure stays clean.

Definitely seemed like when she shed the scales went with it, probably has to do with humidity. I'm sure she will be fine but monitor her so it doesn't get infected. You can use an antibiotic ointment without pain killers in it to heal the wound faster. I will always use regular Neosporin without pain killers. That has always done the trick for me.
