Sometimes I Think She Hates Her Tub!
When I came home from work last night, I found one of my burms wrapped around the computer monitor. The boyfriend said she'd been knocking stuff around in her tub, so he got her out and that's where she went.

He tried to put her back after a while, but she huffed and puffed and refused to go back in so he sat back down at the computer (he's a huge gamer) and she settled back down here

And that's where she stayed until she was agreeable enough to go back to her own home lol

When I came home from work earlier, I checked on her (she was still out early this morning when I left for work) she had messed up her home by tipping both her hides over and crumpling up her newspaper. Her head was staring straight at the lid as if she'd been like that for a little while waiting for someone to open it. Tonight's feeding night so I imagine after her long outing she's ready to eat (probably BEEN ready the little PIG! ). I better get to feeding my critters before I upset them and have a mutiny on my hands

Hope you enjoy the (crappy) pics and little story behind them!

(FYI: my room where they're kept always has ambient temps between 75-80...I hate the cold....and humidity is usually somewhere in the upper 50's, which is a little low for most of my animals, but they tolerate it well since none have gotten sick...their homes, however, have a higher humidity, depending upon the animal)

Its funny how some of them have their different personalities. My dwarf tic will literally shrug me off if he doesnt want to be touch or taken out of the cage. But sometimes he can't get enough of being out trying to do his own thing!

Great looking burm by the way!

Gotta love the shrug off. Only my burms do it but it's not often. I think it's cute :D
