    snakes always at the front of there tubs?
    i have a vision vb70 11 high rack all my temps are good, 90 hot spot and 82 cool side and all my snakes are aways at the front of there tubs rarly on there hot spot is this normal or am i doing somthing wrong?

    Nope, sounds like you got it right. They may be sticking to the cooler side do to breeding season. Could be they just want to hang out there. Don't worry about it.

    what is the ambient temp? if it is too high or low thermal regulation becomes more difficult. Are you sure of the accuracy of your thermometer? most are off to some amount but some are quite dramatic, one of the accurites I have own was 3.7) high if you had one that was that bad... 93.7 and 85.7 too warm so they would hug the cool end. Personally I take my temp clues from the snakes and would drop the cool end temps down to 80.
