small rats, next feed?

Hey yall
haven't been on in a long time due to a busy schedule but pickles is doin great
I originally had him on rat pups but those were snacks for him, now he's on small rats which he loves. My question is this-I fed him a small rat last week, how long until my next feed? He's definitely not hungry because he explores his tub searching for food when he is. When I fed him rat pups it kept him satisfied for about a week. These small rats are at least double the size of them, maybe more. When should I feed him next? 2 weeks?

How big is he? I offer small rats to my adults once a week.

hes about 3 feet, but i already offered him a rat tonight (its been one week) which he ignored completely

But now I see that he popped his head out of his hide-an indication he IS hungry so i might be dealing with a picky pickles...

I would feed him every 2 weeks.

try every 10 days. my girl got to the point where she was refusing after 7 but was very obviously hungry by 14 so i kinda went with something in between. when she starts refusing after the 10 days then i'll go up to 14.
my girl is about 3 ft long as well but she's gonna be a little bigger soon cuz she's in shed now.
try offering at 10 days & see what happens.
