what are the going rates for female lessers and female pastels?

Pastel: $200 - 400, based on quality
Average seems to be around $250
Lesser: $300 - 600, based on quality

That seriously depends on the quality. 300-400 for a Lesser and 125-175 for a female Pastel but obviously that depends on how good they look IMO. I'd also want to see what the adult Pastel looked like that hatched the Pastel. That might give you some idea on what it will look like as it ages.
