If only she was just a little bit bigger - female tail wagging video
This girl wants to breed so badly, but she's still only about 1000g empty. She's a 2010 so I don't want to try to breed her just yet, but man does she want it. :P

I find her like this ALL the time lately.

And this is what she does after a male has been in her tub for 1-2 minutes. Please ignore the background noise it's my TV.

I really wish she about 500g more, hopeful she's this cooperative next year. :P

Edit: The second photo is a link to the video, just click on it. :)

Haha thats really neat. Are females known to wag their tales to entice males to breed with them? Looks like a puppy dog wagging its tail

As far as I know it's fairly normal for a female to scent the area by tail wagging like that. She is the only one I've seen do it, but with the 3 females I am breeding I put the male in and walk away to give them some privacy. This girl doesn't care and I only left the lid on because my cat was near by. I also took the male out right after I stopped recording.

Edit: The first time I saw her do it all I could think about was my dog wagging his tail. :P

Lol, I'm really hoping she won't give me any trouble next year. It's hard to resist trying to breed her this year when she's just screaming at me with all this breeding behavior. :P

    Thank you. :)

I'm not sure what I want to pair her with yet. I'm a little torn between breeding her with my spider who is in the video or my spotnose. I also have an enchi and pastel yellow belly who would male good mates for her, but I have big plans for them next year. :)

I've got a couple of 2010 females acting the same way. They're both right at 1500gms so it's tempting, but I'm going to give them another year to grow up before I let them breed.

Is it normal for a baby to tail wag? I had my 5 month old in her feeding tub and was wiggling her food by her and she started wagging her tail, which got an instant "Awwww!!" out of me lol
