Adding new Morphs for breeding...what should I get? need advice
I have 4 BP's now. Normal male (700gr) Blonde Pastel female (900gr) Lesser male (100gr) normal female 150g...(from a lesser father (hidden gene? maybe? hopefully))

I want to get a few more morphs (as many I can get for $2,000 total. no more than 6 more snakes) to start breeding as a hobby to get an awesome designer or combo morphs for myself. Any suggestions on what I should get and how many and what sexes to increase the odds of getting the most combinations?

I love the clowns (probably one of my favorites) and it seams like they have a ton of potential. I can't justify buying a $4,000 snake so I hope to work up to produce one at some point.

Thanks in advance for the advice

I suggest getting what you want. A pair of het clowns isn't that expensive anymore anyways. :gj: What else are you hoping to produce one day?

If you like the light creamy colored snakes with odd patterns... get some vanilla female (combos if you can) and a firefly male..... Check out the vanilla creme projects.... I hope to be hitting black cremes, screams and pewter screams, next season.....

I highly recommend vanillas as well. They make everything better.

Pied female or female enchi or spotnose. Those are on my list but there pretty pricey.

If clowns are your favorite, you can pick up a visual male and a pastel 100% het clown female. Or a few normal 100% het clown females. If you look around you may even find het females that are 2010 and could get you into breeding a bit sooner. Always go with what you like, this will keep you excited and looking forward. Good luck

With a purse that size you can go with a variety of het pairs and work to prove out some of those favorite morphs you listed. If you want to work with your current stock, I would lean towards a killer bee (F) or maybe even a Pastel Vanilla (F) if the creamy whacked out patterns are more to your liking. It's really up to you and what you would like to see hatch out. :) Hope it helps the effort. Good luck hunting. :D
