certain size and stop feeding frustrating!

does anybody know why it seems that when a bp gets about 5 or 6 hundred grams they like to stop eatting i have 20 bps and they have all done this very frustrating does this happen with everyone?

I have a few that have done that. Personally I find mine doing it more at the 1000 gram mark. Most of the time it is around breeding season....

Two of mine got picky and then stopped at the 700 gram mark. Three others took their hunger strike at around 1200 grams (dern it). My one male has been holden out for nearly 3 months. My (once) largest female has been off feed for a month. Grrrr, you are not alone.

for how long? i have my 1KG females off feed for 3 weeks now..

Im having the same issue except my lesser stopped feeding at 280g and that was 7 months ago, and is now at only 240g. My pinstripe stopped eating at 600g (6 months) and is now at 550g. Ive tried every trick i know. Live and F/T, switching tubes and sizes, brown bag, splitting the skull of the rat. you name it. Anyone have any suggestions? Neither one has lost enough weight for me to be worried i just want them to start eatting again.
