My bp made a weird noise for the 1st time...should i worry?
    Hello all,

i hope u guys can shed some light/opinion and its not something to be concerned about but my bp made the weirdest noise for the first time last night. The noise was sort of like a loud "nose blowing"/aspiration maybe even kind of like a regurgitation noise. I have had her for about 2 months now. She weighs about 198g and has been feeding great ever since i got her even through her first shed which was about a month ago. I feed her every friday so its been 7 days today since her last feeding.

I was first feeding her live hoppers but up until last 3 feedings i changed her to adult mouse(usually about 12-15% her weight). At the time of the noise she was in her hot spot hide. I do keep her in a tank (hopefully this is changing soon) and i have kept her temps all along right around 81-84 on cool side and 89-92 on hot spot with humidity going anywhere from 53-60%.

I did check as she was making this noise which lasted only a few seconds if there was mucus or bubbles coming from her but i did not see anything so im hoping this is not a ri. Once she was done she immediately went into her hide on the cool side.

Any ideas what this noise could have been? Should i be concerned?

It is very possible that the sound you heard was gas. Sometimes even snakes pass gas.
