The Bean Farm

Has anyone ever called them on the phone before?? I orderd something last night and their website changed my order info during the payment process and I have been trying to call all day! Left voicemails and everything. Any thought?? I'm starting to get a little pissy about it.

Ok so after calling for four hours some one finally answers and is completely rude to me on the phone being very short and not giving me the time of day at all. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! I'm sure there is another website to order flexwatt from.

same kind of experience with beanfarm....stuff not kept in stock...took forever....kept pushing date....

Interesting...I've ordered from them several times over the past few years and never had a problem. Have never had to call them though. Anyone else have issues with them?

I like the fact that they do priority shipping, they get items to me in 2 days.

Wow, not typically normal for them. I've stopped by there before to buy and they were nice enough to meet me afterhours and sell me some stuff. They were super nice. Sucks that happened man. I've ordered from reptilebasics before and had great experiences too.

I've never ordered from them, but I've been ordering off and on from Rich at reptilebasics.com for 7-8 years. I am able to call them every time and he answers the phone personally, everything gets shipped in time, prices are good and the customer service is par none. Nothing against bean farm as I've never ordered from them, just personal experience has never made me venture elsewhere.
