    Americans Against Boats!! AAB
My buddy Aaaron (iHerp) is one of the most brilliant people I've ever met. I just HAD to share this real letter that he sent to Governor John Kasich regarding the new Ohio ban against exotics. I think it's brilliant and well written, and think it will make a statement.

Though funny and well written; there is an inherent negative connotation to the letter. As a result will result in it being dismissed all together without taking the time to understand the point being made.

Our efforts as "exotic" pet keepers would be best spent not trying to stop law makers from trying to pass a bill like this, because they always will try, but better campaign our side/perspective to the general public.

If we can translate the point of this letter to individuals we can better protect ourselves when ideas like this are brought up. Further more we need to compare existing rights that everyone can relate to(like dog ownership) to "exotic" pets, and how taking away pet dogs as a whole is the same thing, we would best defend our way of life.

BTW your friend is hilarious and a great writer.

even though this is clearly a joke (and a very funny one too), now im afraid that governor whoever is going to take this seriously (honestly wouldnt supprise me), and actually try to ban boats and snakes lol, hopefully he's not that stupid, and will see how stupid he really is, if that makes sense to anyone
