Lookin like it is it al over your albino or just that 1 section?
A close up would prolly be helpful.

I think I saw spots like that on another albino that were mite bites.

Re: What is this....
Those might be mites, are they small black things under the scales?

Actually now that I look again it does look more mite related. I've seen pics of mites that look like black spots and scale rot I've looked up usually is more bundled together in patches rather than spots.

Re: What is this....
Scale rot is also on the belly most often, I believe. :] From slithering around in bacteria.

Another possibility (if you're not sure if these were there before): some albinos have "paradox" like spots: little "dirty" spots that are actually the color of the scales and not just dirt on top of the scales. My new little albino Colombian has a little cluster of these paradox spots on her neck and she is mite free, it's just apart of her color. To my knowledge these spots do not go away.

It could just be damaged scales. Do you feed live or have abrasive furnishings in the enclosure? I have an albino that took a few kicks from a fresh killed and his scales looked similar to that until the next shed.

It looks like some of the dirt spots my albinos get right before they shed. If he goes right into a shed they'll come off as soon as he sheds.
It's hard to tell by the picture, do you have any that are closer up? It looks like it could be damaged scales or something of the sort. I would keep a close eye out for mites as well.
