x2 Be sure to check out the CARESHEET and have your enclosure set up a few days before you bring your new snake home. This will allow for your temps to stabalize and ensure you have everything set up correctly :)

Congrats!! I never managed to convince my mom, got my ball a few months after I got my first apartment. :D

And like everyone said, make sure your set up is ready for the new arrival!

Also, keep your hands off it for a week or so. They are so stressed at first that if you try to play with them right away, you will think you got a mean snake. I just sat in front of the glass and watched my girl all week. That way, she started getting used to seeing me. She went from trying to remove my fingers as soon as I opened to the bag she arrived in to the sweetest, most curious little girl in just a couple weeks.
