    'Ello from Vermont!
    'Ello Everyone!
I've been stalking here for a few hours, I probably should introduce myself. My name is Sairyn, I'm 24 years old, and I live in Vermont. I am exceptionally outgoing, and I love meeting new people. I have bright pink hair, and the personality to match. I'm tattooed and pierced, and more than a little crazy.

I have loved snakes my entire life, had many native ones as pets (Garters, Eastern Milks, even a Timber Rattler) and have had an assortment of exotic species for the last few years. Currently I have 7 BP's and a Pueblan Milksnake. All my BP's are normal colored/patterned. 5 of my 8 snakes are rescues, and all but one have recovered from their unfortunate circumstances.

I'd like to find out if there are any B-P.net goers other than myself that live here in Vermont, I'd love to find some new snake enthusiast friends!

    Thanks for the welcome!

mpkeelee - I'm so happy to hear that! You aren't that far away from me either. I currently live in Burlington, north of Barre. I'll see if I can't get a hold of HomeGrownScales. Thanks so much! :)

Heather - Pictures you want, pictures you shall get :) Everybody is in order of when I got them, except NuNu. I got her third, but I put her at the end, because this is B-P.net, not pueblanmilksnake.com :P

This is Prince Oberyn. She is a 2 year old female. She was the first BP I rescued. She was a "Aggressive Animal" at a chain petstore who didn't want to deal with her, and were going to put her down. Turns out, they just weren't feeding her! She has impeccable manners :) They also told me she was male. Wrong again! I decided not to change her name, and instead, named her boyfriend Princess :P

    http://i234.photobucket.com/albums/e...andemonium.jpg
This is Princess Pandemonium. He is a 1.5 year old male. He is from a local breeder here in Vermont, though I don't know who. I'd like to try and find them.

    http://i234.photobucket.com/albums/e...ka/Tortuga.jpg
This is Tortuga. She is a 5-6 year old female. She wasn't taken very good care of before I got her, and has made an awesome recovery.

    http://i234.photobucket.com/albums/e...a/Peekaboo.jpg
This is Peekaboo. She is a 16 year old female. She lived most of her life with an acquaintance, who didn't feed her very well. She got nicknamed Barbie because of how skinny she is. She's improved significantly since I got her, and she's doing well.

    http://i234.photobucket.com/albums/e...abodCraine.jpg
This is Icabod Craine. He is a 4 year old male. He was traded to my local petstore for some credit, and I scooped him up.

I'm leaving this spot open for Sable. I just realized I have no pictures of her! I feel like such a bad mommy! :(

    http://i234.photobucket.com/albums/e...medUnknown.jpg
This is. Well, I don't know who this is. It doesn't have a name, and I don't know what gender it is. Under a year old, but totally adorable. Definitely mistreated, and is very tank aggressive, but is improving with daily handling and a regular feeding schedule.

    http://i234.photobucket.com/albums/e...nka/NoFeet.jpg
This is NoFeet. AKA NuNu. She is a 5 year old Pueblan Milksnake. She was left abandoned in a house after everyone moved out. A friend of the owner got her out and I gave her a home. :)

Welcome to ball-pythons.net Sairyn :headbang: Are those the set ups you keep your snakes in?

    Thanks Boanerges!
The only one that is actually in his current enclosure is Princess. I had just put his tank back together after cleaning and sanitizing everyone's water dishes (over protective mommy much?), and before I could get back around and give everyone water, he gets in the thing!

"Hey Mom. You missed something. This is supposed to be full of water. Not full of Panda."

The picture of Icabod, he is in a temp tank, because his big one wasn't set up yet.

The person hands/lap that show up are me :) And the Unknown/Unnamed one is on the kitchen table :P

I'm late to the party, but welcome to the site. :welcome:

I am no longer in Vermont, but I went to college in Burlington (Champlain College not UVM :P) and I have lots of family in NH. :D

Nice! I'm a CCV'er :P What did you go to CC for?
I grew up on the NH side of Vermont, I know a ton of NHers.
