Oh and since this picture is also showing her sore spot on her neck just under her head (pinkish area.) She's getting over an RI. That's the first injection site and was done while she was 70% of the way through shed. She shed this morning and the scales at the site are discolored and not as large/hard almost like the injection burned them? I read that if not injected far enough under the scale that it can cause burns, I'm actually taking her in tomorrow for the last shot and to ask them about this as the 2nd left nothing like it. Anyone have any ideas?

Baytril can cause burns and/or scale discoloration. I'm not sure if others can as well.

    She's beautiful by the way.

Haha very clever title :P you had me going for a while!

She's absolutely gorgeous by the way, but I've never had to use any injections so I can't help you there.

Yeah I did some research on the wound and found out that it's usually gone after the next shed or two which is good.

No SkYyame, this is just a regular tiger reticulated python. I just thought I'd attempt to troll all the die hard pure bred snake fans out there. :D I'm fairly certain the two species would not be able to breed due to python/boa specific traits (eggs/live birth).

Thanks Alexandra V, That was the whole point of the clever topic name. :D I walked into my room and looked over to see my retic looking like an GTP and thought waiiiiit a minute lol

On the other hand the weezing has stopped and I've since made some cage modifications and also picked up a room heater since 25% of my rooms walls is one giant glass sliding door and it's averaging 30 ish here at night.

Reticulated python and Green Tree Pythons are both pythons.

The OP above stated that a GTP to a Retic wouldn't be able to produce because one was a boa and one was a python.
