    Ornate Nile Monitor Diet
Iv been feeding my nile monitor dubias, hissers, crickets, minnows, etc. And im wanting to start on feeding him meats. Iv heard gizzards, chicken hearts, beef, etc. Is good to feed them as well. Is there any way these meats should be prepared or is raw safe?

Any info or recommendations is appreciated!

    Thanks

Organs are okay for an occasional treat, but for "meat" just offer rodents. And no, you don't have to "prepare" them, just make sure they are at least room temperature.

    And post some pics... :D

Yeah see my lil guy is so small i doubt he could even down a pinkie, he has a hard enough time swallowing medium sized roaches, which is the reason i wanted to switch him to meat products, but of course i would switch his diet up here and there, not just straight meat all the time.

And i will post some pics soon, im using a smart phone and im not sure how to post pics from it so im going to just use my computer.
