    Just wondering where the best place to get Cypress mulch online is??

    dont buy it offline, go to homedepot get a big bag for 2 bucks, just make sure to clean it or might get little white bugs which are harmless to the snake, which become an eyesore.

    im not quite sure, after i heard of the white bugs, i stuck to aspen, i used newspaper for a day, and the humidity kept dropping, so i switched back to aspen, in my opinion, id stick with aspen.

    You can bake it at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour in the oven. It will kill any bugs and evaporate dust. Just keep a very close eye on it.

    Don't mean to hijack but what are the pros and cons of cypress mulch? Right now i'm using the soft style coconut shavings and it hold moisture well.

    Yup, I'll second what decensored said.

    So AK, enjoying that lovely Alaskan weather? I miss the summers (minus the mosquitos), but yall can keep those cold, dark winters. I've yet to wear a coat since we moved down to the lower 48. It's still shorts weather here. People here think I'm nuts because I wear shorts at 50 degrees. :D
