    stoked!! whoo!
k so my male spider ball python refused the last 4 meals ive offered and then went into shed but he actually lost quite a bit of weight he got knocked back down to 650 or a little less i think but he finally shed today! and i offered him a fat rat and he took it in 3 seconds flat!! i love when stubborn eaters eat makes me feel relieved and happy on the inside haha ive had that rat for 4 weekss now so he got fattened up but i finally dont have to worry about my boy dying or wasting money on more rat food how many others get super stoked when their balls eat after refusing so many times?

My black king refused to eat for 3 weeks one time (stress from switching environments). Now she eats every 5-7 days, those 3 weeks were the biggest scare for me lol. She lost alot of weight but now shes gaining it all back.

Three of my snakes went off feed for a few months. As soon as they shed, they began to eat again. Something to note for future reference.

Do you have a hide for your snake? I have a couple slower eaters and as soon as I put hides in they turned on. They have eaten consistently ever since. Just a thought.
