Clean up the tub after ball pythons locked?

My ball pythons were just locked up couple days ago, and i'm going to separate them to get a break. Do i need to clean up the tub and wash the snakes after i separate them? I used newspaper for the substrate. :)

Just clean the tub down and thats it. If the male or female is covered in white urates then you can wipe them down as well.

I just clean the tub like I would any other day.
