    Article for the Genetic nuts (like myself)
    Came across this article the other day and thought it was a good read as well as informative. After talking with the doctor last night and he was lecturing me about how we(the hobbyist) use the term Albino in all the wrong ways, he told me to do some research. I knew they were not true albinos but Amels ,but figured I would share this article with everyone else.

    Interesting article. I never knew I was mispronouncing Leucism. Then again, I've yet to hear anyone else pronounce it correctly either. It makes sense that it should be pronounced with a hard c rather than a soft one when you learn it comes from the Greek word Leukos, meaning white.
