    Antibiotic CREME...WHERE?!
I can't find antibiotic creme/cream without pain killer ANYWHERE. Anyone that uses this what brand name or where have you found it? I was using the ointment to treat a bite on one of my balls but her scales are flaking off (as I understand is too be expected from oil based products) and I feel terrible. Thanks.

You should be able to find it at just about any pharmacy... I got some at Walmart the other day... Equate brand. Just make sure it's the kind withOUT pain killer.

The without the pain killer is the problem. I've found antibiotic cremes at Target, CVS, Harris Teeter, Safeway, etc...all with pain killer. I'll try Walmart and see if I can find that brand on Amazon.

Neosporin without pain killer works fine, that may be easier to find. I use Neosporin with any minor to moderate bites, cuts, wounds, etc.

Triple antibiotic ointment - i.e. Bacitracin - is fine. It doesn't have to be a cream. Use very small amounts directly on the bite, and you shouldn't see issues with excessive flaking.

I must have used too much :( Will she stop flaking after she sheds?
