    ball shedding problems
My baby pastel is 90% shed, but his head and about an inch of his neck isnt. I keep the humidity up and spray him with a shed conditioner, but it doesnt seem to help much. I run him under warm water daily and take a damp cloth and lightly try to help it off going with the scales... Im just worried about his eyes, as they look like they are dried/crusted over

Next time just let it be. Your BP will get the shed off. Water takes away from the BPs natural oils in the skin that help it shed so dont do the water thing next time. Give it a few days and see what happens. If it is all crusted over, then just take a clean pillow case that you dont care about and turn it inside out and grab a wash cloth. Put the pillow case and wash cloth in hot/warm water and ring them out so they are damp. Put your snake and wash cloth inside the pillowcase and tie the end of the pillow case. Leave it be for 45-60 min and then come back and open the pillow case and remove your perfectly shed snake. I say again, dont do this unless the shed has been stuck for like 5-7 days. Your snake knows how to shed itself. And running water over it just probably made it harder for you snake to get it off. This is only a last resort thing. So just do this and your snake will look all fresh. You can also put him on a heat pad while in the pillow case to keep it warm but either way your snake will be fine. Once he is done put him back in his tank to warm up incase he got a little cold.
