    anyone know about AR15/m16/M4's?
the M16 A1/A3 are full auto, and the A2/A4 are burst, right?

my question is, is there a fire selector switch for these guns in a safe/semi/burst/full configuration? like on some mp5's?

yes there is a selector switch it is burst/ auto/ safe/ and semi auto. Not sure how much like the mp5 it is. I have only shot full auto mp5s.

there is one out there, but i wouldn't recommend them honestly, full automatic causes lots of Jams.

if you are going to do anything go with the switch (if you can find one) that does the burst.

thats what we use in the Marines!

    good luck.

what type of weapon is this going on anyways??? M4?

none, its just curiosity, i hope to someday get approved for an m16a2, but i really want all three options, but if i cant find one i'll probably go with burst selector, it sounds alot funner to have to repeatedly pull the trigger in burst mode than just hold it down to empty a mag. what did they give you? m4 or m16? cause dont you guys use both?

I agree with darren0311 on this one. I can tell he is a grunt (0311) so I know he knows as well as I do (0317) that fully auto is never practical and simply a waste of ammo and will rarely feed as desired. I would suggest just getting a burst. More reliable and enjoyable to fire.
