So is she ready to go?
So i have a 1820 gram female spider. she is a 2008 proven breeder.
I feed her once a week, medium rats. She skipped 2 weeks of food because she was shedding. Will she need some more meals before breeding? She isnt FAT but she is a good size. I already put her with my male pastel lesser but I witnessed no locks so i took him out after 2 days. Should i wait a few more days and offer her food or just continue pairing them up?

I would leave him in 3 or 4 days , separate and offer food

keep offering food. keep pairing. at 1800gram and especially a proven breeder, she should be ready. If she keeps eating she will be over 2000grams when she lays. and even if you dont witness a lock doesnt really mean they never did. might have been a brief lock or overnight. But yeah, keeping them together 3 days would help. goodluck, hope you get to witness a lock soon :)

I agree with the other posters. She is big enough to breed. And I would leave him in a day or two longer. When they are separate offer her food to see if she eat.
