what exactly is "significant weightloss"
I have a female who has begun to lose weight she WAS growing and getting bigger but has been off feed since 8/21 and weighed 895g...10/12 946g(growing a lot and lost my records book) 10/21 919g(still growing and hasn't fed) 11/4 925g and she currently weighs 905g. so, is 20g significant? should i assist feed her? I'm still learning to be patient as well

That is not a huge weight loss by any means. I would still offer her food. Sometimes when I've got someone being picky I will skip their next feeding so when the next feeding day comes they usually go for it. Believe me you are no where near close to having to assist feed her ;).

That's nothing. I had a snake go 3 months and lose 20g. She probably lost that passing urates or deficating. I wouldn't worry about a snakes weight loss unless it was really sudden or hits about 20%. That's just me. Your snake might be maturing. I've had several females go a few months without eating and lose 20-50g. Not a big deal.
