Ralph is a great guy. Out of respect to Markus Jayne and BHB, they are busy people and have lots on their plates. Lets face it, they get a lot of calls from people who just want information and aren't willing to pay for it. Should people pay for information? IMO, no. The reality is that these guys are business men and have to pay the bills. I have sat and talked shop with Markus numerous times and he was not stand off-ish nor did he try and cut the call short. I have called BHB once to purchase animals and talked to what I believe was a helper who did not have the information I was looking for. Long story short, I took my business elsewhere. Lets not bash people for small peas though. As I stated, these guy have schedules and are probably extremely busy at any point of the day. I'm glad you found somebody to do business with in the future.
