    Mojave male or female?
I've been thinking and wondering. Which would be a better investment, a male mojave or a female mojave? I'm kinda undecided :/

You can never go wrong with more females!:gj:

Female first for sure. One male can breed several females and the females take longer to grow so if your plans are to breed you should pick up the female first. Also, if you decide to sell at any time in the future the female will be worth a lot more than the male.

I would also go with a female if you are just looking for a single morph. If you are looking at getting a double morph (like a pastave), a super or a mojave with a definite het, then a male might be a pretty good investment.

im very new to this but what ive figured is that the easiest and cheapest way is Buy the male. It's way cheaper then a female and when bred to a fem normal you can possibly get some female mojaves, then you have your pair when the little girl gets big enough. just a thought please someone tell me if im wrong.

    Welcome to the forum!

A male mojo won't be WAY cheaper. To me, if you want to stay kinda cheap, but make some morph babies... buy a girl mojo and 2 years later get a male of your choice. It looks like the original poster has at least one snake already.... maybe a male?

My personal plan is to buy up all my females NOW. I already have a few males for the couple of girls that are ready now... Later, when the rest of my girls are up to size I can get morph males that have hets and start trying for some cool stuff. :D

I have a female pinstripe. No males yet. But my boyfriend has a male Bumble Bee if that counts
